Our story

A clearer way to plan the journey.

Hotels in Riyadh, Dubai and Jeddah, plus flights and airport transfers, with clear booking rules and travel support.

Hotels

Six SafarBay hotels in Riyadh, Dubai and Jeddah. Every hotel with rooms offers the Deluxe Room on three rates: Flexible, Saver and Fixed Dates.

Flights

The operating airline sets your schedule, fare rules and baggage allowance. When the airline changes a flight, its rules decide your options.

Airport transfers

If your driver is running late, we reschedule the pickup with the transfer provider. If the driver doesn't show up, our team reviews it and can book one replacement pickup.
